A typical session will include breathing exercises and a series of asanas to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and flowing form of yoga. Involves movement with breath and is a flowing style of yoga. Vinyasa yoga is beneficial for people who are between 20 and 50 years of age and in good physical health.
